The hard surface treatment adopts the spray coating system of the world-famous SUCZER METCO, namely the high-velocity oxygen fuel (HVOF) in aerospace technology with the world patent: the spraying gun, designed with patented technologies, sprays the metal powder onto the metal surface with high-velocity air at 3 machs to form a high-strength coating. Ball of trunnion ball valve is fixed, it does not move with medium pressure. Trunnion ball valve has floating seats. The seats move with the medium pressure to tight the ball and seal ring to ensure sealing reliability. Bearings could be mounted in top shaft and bottom shaft, which reduces operation torque. Sealant Injection DeviceTrunnion ball valves are provided with devices for Sealant injection, which are on both the stem and seat for the trunnion ball valves of DN>150mm (NPS6), and in the body cavity for the valve of DN<125mm. When the O ring of stem or the body seat ring is damaged due to accident, the medium leakage between body and stem can be prevented by injecting the Sealant through the device.
Double Block and Double Bleed (DBDB or DBB)
Trunnion ball valve features the front ball sealing design structure. Each seat of the ball valve can separately cut off the medium at both upstream and downstream to achieve double block function. When the ball valve is closed, body cavity is segregated from both upstream and downstream even there is pressure at both ends. The medium left in the body cavity could increase the pressure to propel the seats. The medium could be bled out through the relief valve to ensure valve safety.

1.Bow-out proof stem
 
For the purpose of preventing the stem from flying off  resulting in abnormal rising of the inner pressure of valve,shoulder is fixed at the lower part of the stem.In addition,in order to prevent leakage resulting from burnout of packing set of the stem in a fire,thrust bearing is set at the contact position of the shoulder at lower part of the stem and valve body.Thus an inverse seal seat is formed which will prevent leakage and avoid accident.
 
2.Anti-fire safe design
 
When the trunnion ball valve be used normally,its sealed by seat and ball surface,seat retainer sealed by O-ring and body,this is soft sealed and reliable sealing.When the seat and O-ring are burnt,the seat retainer and body will be sealed by expanded graphite.Thus act anti-fire safe purpose.
 
3.Anti-static device

Rolling bearings are developed based on the bearing, its working principle is based on rolling friction instead of sliding friction, generally by two rings, a set of rolling elements and cage consisting of a highly generic, standardized, serialized high degree of machine parts. A variety of machinery have different working conditions, on the load bearing capacity, structure and performance, etc. have put forward different requirements. To this end, bearing the need for a wide range of structures. However, the basic structure is the inner ring, outer ring, rolling elements and cage components - often referred to as the four pieces. For sealed bearings, together with lubricants and seals (or dust cover) - also known as the six pieces. Type the name of a variety of bearing rolling elements are mostly based on the name of the corresponding named.
 
Various parts in the bearing role are: For radial bearings, inner ring is usually a tight fit with the shaft and running along with the shaft, usually bearing outer ring or mechanical transition fit into the shell hole, play supporting role. However, in some situations, there are outer operation, the inner fixed play supporting role or inner and outer rings are also functioning. For thrust bearings, and shaft tight and together with the movement of said shaft washer, and bearing or mechanical shell holes into the transition and play supporting role with the said seat.
